What is a webcast?

Webcasting

A webcast is a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Through the use of your internet connection (either broadband or via a dial-up modem) and Windows Media Player you can view the meetings live from the comfort of your own home on your PC or Apple Mac.

Should you miss a meeting, or would like to view a section of the meeting again, you can do so through our webcast archives. The archives allow you to view the meeting at your leisure and, using the index points, allow you to jump to a specific agenda point or speaker.

Instructions for making the most of the webcast facilities can be found by clicking on the 'Home' tab on the webcast viewer window when watching a meeting.
