Full Council to discuss the relevance of considering Gypsy and Traveller sites in the Site Allocations document

Tuesday, 7 September, 6pm

Following the return of decision-making on house building targets and other such matters to local authorities, the question is raised over the obligation and relevance on providing additional Gypsy and Traveller sites in Bristol - as contained in the recent Site Allocations document - given the Council's recognition that existing facilities are under-utilised.

Amongst other matters, in this meeting councillors will be considering the need to include additional provision in the final version of the Bristol Development Framework.

Development Control to decide on the Stokes Croft Tesco application

Wednesday, 22 September, 2pm

Councillors will be meeting in the Council House to decide whether to allow the controversial planning application for a Tesco Express store on the former site of Jesters comedy club in Stokes Croft.
